Canmore Wedding at Silvertip Resort

Matt + Jessica’s Canmore wedding at Silvertip Resort felt like a true fairytale! Which is exactly what Jessica (the bride) hoped for. Their day started at two separate getting ready locations in the heart of Canmore, surrounded by snow capped mountains. It was the middle of March, so in the Rockies this is still typically winter. There was a blanket of snow on the ground, and little did we know the clouds would release a ton of snow later in the day!

Matt & Jessica decided to have a first look, which was so incredibly special. They were able to share some quiet moments without anyone around before they met at the alter later in the afternoon. We finished up their portraits and headed to Silvertip Resort for their beautiful ceremony overlooking the mountains. The sun peeked out a little bit throughout the ceremony, which I think warmed up everyone’s fingers and toes!

Shortly after the ceremony, the clouds released HUGE snowflakes. Jessica had said that she wished it would snow on her wedding day, and her wish definitely came true! It was a winter wonderland, so we decided to head outside and embrace it fully.

The bride and groom had the opportunity to see their reception space for the first time together. It was such a special moment seeing them take everything in. Their dream had come to life before their eyes! The incredibly talented team brought Jessica’s fairytale dream to life. Their dinner was candlelit and intimate. The perfect way to warm up after a chilly day.

The evening ended with dancing and cocktails. It was a wonderful atmosphere – one I will never forget. Their Canmore wedding at Silvertip resort was truly the most perfect day. I hope you can feel that through these images!
